This course will guide you through the basic steps of designing an impactful biodiversity conservation project, which addresses the priority needs of the area you are working in.
By the end of this course you should be able to:
Explain who should be involved in the project design process and why
Create a problem and objective tree for a biodiversity conservation issue you are trying to address
Compare the different terminologies donors use to describe change resulting from your project, and how they relate to each other
Use your objective tree to begin to build a Logical Framework , Theory of Change and/or Impact chain
